Reservation Conditions – Rooms


Booking Conditions


Rates: Rates listed are in Canadian dollars and do not include applicable taxes

Taxes: Quebec Sales Tax, federal Goods and Services Tax and lodging taxes must be added to all rates.

Deposit: In order to guarantee each booking, a valid credit card number is requested. The amount of the first night plus tax will be charged to the credit card at the time of booking. The balance of the total amount will then be taken 7 days prior to arrival.

Modification of reservation (*): According to the chosen rate and according to availability, the customer will be able to modify his initial reservation one time without expenses until 7days before the date of arrival by noon (Quebec time). After this period, the reservation is final and non-modifiable.

Non-smoking hotel: Smoking (cigarettes or other substances) is prohibited throughout the hotel.

The hotel reserved for adults only.

Respect for the maximum occupant capacity per room: It is the client’s responsibility to respect the maximum number of occupants according to the type of room booked. Otherwise, in order to ensure the security of our customers, the hotel reserves the right to refuse access to the reserved room or to charge the difference for the rental of another room for the additional person or persons.

Respect for the building and its contents: It is the guest’s responsibility to respect the building and its contents, including decorative objects, furniture, fabrics, and bedding. The hotel reserves the right to claim monetary compensation to replace missing or damaged objects, up to 3 times the full replacement value.


Cancellation Policy


In the case of a cancellation between the date of reservation and 7 days before the arrival date at noon, THE DEPOSIT IS NOT REFUNDABLE. (*)

In the case of a cancellation, made 7 days or less before the arrival date at noon and for whatever reason, all deposits are not refundable (**)

(*): Any changes or cancellations must be made with the same method as that used to make the reservation.

(**): It is the traveler’s responsibility to purchase travel insurance with the company of his choice.

The HOTEL assumes no responsibility for a cancellation or modification of reservations, including those that are related to:

– Inclement weather or weather conditions

– Natural disasters, including forest fires, floods, volcanic eruptions, earthquakes, etc.

– Transportation issues, including flight delays or cancellations

– Illness or death of the traveler or one of his relatives

– Job loss

– Strike, war, riot, acts of God, government actions, terrorist acts
