A credit card number and its corresponding expiration date are required in order to make a reservation. If a customer reserves a non-refundable rate, the entire amount of the stay, including taxes, is charged at the time of reservation. For all other reservations, a deposit equal to the amount of the first night plus tax guarantees the reservation.
Unless a customer chooses a non refundable rate, our cancellation policy is as follows: If a client cancels more than 7 days prior to their scheduled arrival date, the deposit is refunded less a $35 plus tax cancellation fee. If a client cancels during the 7 days prior to their scheduled arrival date, the deposit is non-refundable. For customers who reserve directly with the hotel, the deposit is refundable (minus a $35 plus tax cancellation fee) if a cancellation is made before 5 days of the scheduled arrival date.
If a client departs prior to their scheduled departure date, they will be billed for the duration of the originally planned stay.
No refunds are given for late arrivals or early departures.
