20 Feb Hotel Le Clos St-Louis receives the “Luxury & Character Hotels” designation

We have exciting news to report: the Hotel Le Clos Saint-Louis is the first hotel in the Americas to obtain the designation of “Hôtels de Charme et de Caractère” (Luxury & Character Hotels). We are very proud of this achievement.

To obtain this distinction, which originated in France, institutions are evaluated according to a grid of 148 quality criteria, including continuous observation of guest reviews on the web and on social networks. Difficult to obtain, the label is a guarantee of the quality of our facilities and our services. The designation is already present in several European countries, but the Hotel Le Clos St-Louis is the first institution not only in Canada, but in all of the Americas, to receive it.
