Rates are in Canadian dollars based on double occupancy (2 persons per room)
Taxes
All prices subject to 5% federal tax and 9.5% provincial tax.
Room rates are subject to 3% municipal lodging tax.

Gratuities
Gratuities for the housekeepers and breakfast servers are left to each guest’s discretion
Check In/Check Out
Check in after 3:00 pm and check out by 11:00 am. If you will be arriving after 8:00 pm, please let us know and we will make arrangements for late arrival.
If you would like to stay beyond 11:00 am on your day of departure, please advise the front desk the evening before in order for us to be able to make the arrangements with housekeeping staff. $15 will be added to your bill for each additional hour. Subject to availability.
Minimum stays
We have a two night minimum stay on holiday weekends and during autumn foliage season.
Cancellation
Room
As a small independent owner, you would agree that any cancellation would affect us dearly. Therefore, if a client cancels their reservation up to 7 days before the arrival date, he/she will be charged a $35 cancellation fee.
If the client cancels within the 7 days prior to the arrival date, they will be charged one night at full rate for each room they reserved. Clients who leave before the scheduled departure date will be charged as per the original booking.
Packages
If a cancellation occurs up to 15 days prior to the arrival: the deposit is refundable less $50 + taxes as cancellation fees.
If a cancellation occurs less then 15 days prior to the arrival: the cancellation fee represents the full cost of your deposit.
No refunds are given for late arrivals or early departures
Gift certificate
Gift certificates bought for high or low seasons must be used by the end of the season of the respective calendar year.
Gift certificates are non-refundable.
The gift certificate will be mailed once the relevant paper work is completed and the payment is received.
Deposit
Room
In order to guarantee the reservation, a deposit representing the cost of the first night, plus taxes is debited from your credit card at the time of booking. This deposit minus $35 plus taxes is returned in the event of a cancellation more than seven days in advance of the arrival date.
Packages
Minimum two days stay required.
A safety deposit representing 50% of the cost of the package is required at time of booking.
All package sales and/or tickets sales are final. No transfers or changes allowed.
All major credit cards accepted.
Direct payment service with debit card (interac) is available. |
